30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not mail anything back before receiving our return instructions. We will provide the appropriate return address and next steps.
Return shipping
If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, Cradlora will provide a return solution and cover the reasonable return shipping cost. For a change-of-mind or sizing return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Non-returnable situations
We may be unable to accept items that show wear, washing, damage, missing packaging, or signs of use. Sale or clearance exclusions, if any, will be shown on the product page.
