These Terms and Conditions govern your use of cradlora.com and purchases from Cradlora.
Orders and payment
Product prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Orders are accepted subject to product availability and payment authorization. Stripe securely processes card payments. We may cancel or correct an order if pricing, inventory, or product information contains an error.
Shipping
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (the 48 states). Shipping is free. We do not currently ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse, and tracking information is provided after dispatch.
Returns and refunds
Please review our Returns & Refunds policy for eligibility and instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Product information
We aim to display accurate product descriptions, colors, sizing, and photos. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Please review the size information before ordering.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, images, text, and design are owned by Cradlora or used with permission and may not be copied without written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Cradlora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
